Margaret Lorraine Lovering was born on December 29, 1924 in Stanley, WI and passed away March 13, 2021 in Palm Harbor, FL. The second of three children born to Peter and Martha Olson, she grew up in Minneapolis, MN. Margaret met her husband of 59 years, Kenneth W. Lovering, after a long-distance correspondence and courtship during WWII. They married in 1944.
The couple moved frequently due to Ken’s occupation, while they raised their three children, Steve, John and Laurie. Their final move brought them to Florida where they both eventually retired from Nielsen.
They enjoyed boating, sunsets on the Suwannee River, Tampa Bay sports, and spending time with their family.
Margaret was preceded in death by her husband Kenneth, her son Steve, and her two brothers.
She is survived by two of her children, John and Laurie and their spouses, her six grandchildren, nine great grandchildren, and one great, great grandchild.
