Born on August 17, 1944, Maurice lived a life marked by love, kindness, and devotion to those closest to him.
Maurice is survived by his beloved wife of 41 years, Suzanne Battista; his sister, Maria Castle; his sisters-in-law, Sandra Poots and Joan Worman; his extended family and many cherished friends. He also leaves behind his beloved cats, Redington Red and Sterling Silver, who brought him great comfort and companionship.
Maurice served his country in the United States Air Force.
Maurice will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him, and his memory will be forever treasured.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that memorial donations be made in Maurice's honor to the Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (ASPCA) or the Humane Society of Pinellas.
