Mildred Russell Burkhart, age 94, died March 19 at her home in Clearwater, Florida. Born April 20, 1920, she moved from Cincinnati, Ohio to Clearwater in 1941. She was a member of the Junior League of Clearwater, the Carlouel Yacht Club, Peace Memorial Presbyterian Church and the Bay View Association in Bay View, Michigan where she spent her summers. She is survived by two daughters, Anne Folsom and Mary Rouse, two sons-in-law, B. Wayne Folsom and Arthur B. Rouse, two step-daughters, Lynn Sain and Leslie Burkhart, and three grandchildren. Private services will be held in Bay View Michigan.
