82, of St. Petersburg, Florida, passed away peacefully on November 18, 2023 surrounded with his family by his side. He was born in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. He attended Holy Family Catholic Church in St Petersburg, Florida. He was a quiet and reserved man who was known by his close friends as "Ozzie". After working 30 years for the United States Post Office, he spent his retirement years volunteering for St. Vincent De Paul. He was preceded in death by his father, Martin Frances Ossman, and mother, Nora Elizabeth Ossman. He is survived by his son, Daniel M. Ossman, and daughter, Elaine Marie Altman, son-in-law, John Andrew Altman, Jr, grandchildren, Yuna DeVrou, Christopher Patrick Utt, Jeremy Michael Walenty, and great-grandchild, Dennis James DeVrou, Jr. In lieu of flowers, please consider making a donation to LifePath Hospice.
A graveside service for Parks will be held Monday, November 27, 2023 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at Sylvan Abbey Memorial Park, 2860 Sunset Point Rd, Clearwater, FL 33759.
