Paul was born and raised in New Lebanon, Ohio and lived on a farm. His parents were Roy and Clara Brower. He and Dorothy L. (Webb) were married June 20, 1942. They moved to Illinois in 1957. He was a procurement representative for the U.S. Defense Department for 30 years and they lived in Singapore from 1969 to 1973, then retiring to Clearwater, Florida. They resided at Coral Oaks in Palm Harbor. He was married to Dorothy for "68" years until her passing in July 2010.
They had five children (Paul Brower Jr., Marilyn Brower Weidner, Barbara Brower, Marsha Brower Beall & James Brower), eight grandchildren, many great-grandchildren and lived to see 5 generations with two great-great-granddaughters.
