Richard David Krieg passed away August 5, 2024, in Seminole, FL. He was born September 24,1954, in Flushing, NY to parents Schuyler Halley Krieg and Susan (Kopp) Krieg. Growing up in Queens, he was a proud New Yorker. He graduated from Cornell University, where he studied engineering and ran track. He obtained his Master of Science in chemical engineering from University of Houston.
Classic cars and classic rock were Rich's passions. His eyes were always twinkling with the next good joke. He was a man of character, always in good spirits and never complained. His family meant the world to him. You could always depend on a big smile and a warm hug from this kindhearted soul.
He is survived by his wife Gwendolyn; brother Phil (Sharryl); first wife Sun; son Brian (Katherine); daughter Stacy (Leo); and grandchildren Arden, Holden, and Madelyn. His parents and sister Judy predeceased him.
A beautiful soul is never forgotten.
