He was born on January 13, 1950 in Chicago, son of the late Joseph and Mary Witkowski.
Richard loved Nascar and Indiana Beach. He also loved boating, fishing, golfing and riding around in his golf cart, and always enjoyed a lot of laughs and a great time in Indiana Beach.
He is survived by his wife, Linda Witkowski (nee Mele); his children, Valerie (Randy), Randy (Kandra), and Dianna (Steve); beloved step-father to Kimberly Gamboney (Joseph) and the late David Frye. Beloved grandfather of Tristan, Tanner, Sam and Joseph. Also, survived by his trusty cat, Indianapolis (Indy).
