Robert Matthew Weldon

Robert (Bob) Matthew Weldon, 65, of Safety Harbor, FL. Beloved son, brother, and friend, passed away on Thursday, April 9th, 2026.

He was predeceased by his parents, John and Catherine Weldon. He is survived by his long term partner, Rea Davis (and her daughters, Charna Kety, Jenesa Barrett and Tila Kety) as well as nine siblings: Johnny Weldon (Hermosa Beach, CA), Mary Cassidy (Tampa, FL), Richard Weldon (Clearwater, FL), Dr. Clifford Weldon (Grosse Pointe, MI), James Weldon (Tallahassee, FL), Michael Weldon (Chattanooga, TN), Paul Weldon (Orlando, FL), Dan Weldon (Tampa, FL), Bill Weldon (Dunedin, FL), a beloved cousin, Joan Nelson (Frederick, MD) as well as a host of nieces and nephews and other close family members.

Visitation will be held at Sylvan Abbey Funeral Home, 2853 SUNSET POINT RD, CLEARWATER, FL 33759, US, on April 14, 2026, from 1:00 pm to 5:00 pm.

A Funeral Mass will take place at Espiritu Santo Catholic Church, 2405 Philippe Pkwy, Safety Harbor, FL 34695, US, on April 15, 2026, from 10:30 am to 12:00 pm.

A Committal Service will follow at Sylvan Abbey Memorial Park, 2860 Sunset Point Rd, Clearwater, FL 33759, US, on April 15, 2026, from 12:30 pm to 1:30 pm.
