Please know that we are thinking of Charito and celebrating her life . She will always be in our hearts and memories, especially her assistance in taking care of Stephanie . Charito will leave a huge hole in all our hearts . Auntie Charito loved little babies and toddlers. As many of the photos here show, they brought her great joy and she loved to make them laugh, smile, and maybe have a little sweet treat. She always loved holding and taking care of our children when we would come to visit.
When I was a teenager in Clearwater, she always fed me and asked me what was going on with me. I'll miss her.
Rest now, Auntie Charito. You rest.

I will always remember Auntie Charito having the biggest smile and the warmest heart. She and all the Raffinan's raised me for the first two years of my life, helping me understand the world and seeing the goodness of people. Thank you Auntie Charito for making everyone in your life feel special. May your angel rest in peace knowing all the love and kindness you left on this earth. 

My condolences to her family, friends and the community she belonged to. Her light will be missed but never forgotten. 

Rosario Raffinan, also called Charito, passed away on Dec.21,2022. She was beloved sister to Teresita Hughes, Josefina (Pining) Lim and Dr. Jose Raffinan Jr. (Jun) .  Your whole family including Inday Maria,  children and grandchildren will miss you.    We wanted to have you still around with us, but knew that you were getting weary and needed your rest.  We will miss your love for parties and great cooking, and especially your love for children.  The Lord Jesus and 
Mama Mary is waiting for you with open arms.  We love you.

Our deepest condolences to the Raffinan family! Sister Rose was a beautiful soul and was always a delight to see her.
