Rosemary was born in Richmond, Virginia on December 15, 1943. She graduated from West Haven High School and received her High School Diploma. She was married to Douglas Bernard on April 10, 1993. Rosemary had a career in Office Management and later in life owned her own bakery with her sister Del Simpson. She loved to bake and was a talented cook.
She is survived by her children; George and Sandy Charboneau, and her three siblings; Del Simpson, Mike Cirasuolo, and Eddie Cirasuolo.
Funeral arrangements will be held at 3 PM, Monday, November 11, 2024, at Sylvan Abbey Memorial Park.
