Salvatore Gennaro, 84, of Safety Harbor, Florida, passed away on July 1, 2021, surrounded by his family. He was born to Salvatore and Frances Gennaro on April 11, 1937, in Staten Island, New York. Salvatore graduated from Port Richmond High School and received a degree in Engineering from Brooklyn Polytech. He was also a veteran of the US army, retiring in 1966. He married, Rose, the love of his life in 1964, who survives him. Salvatore is also survived by his son Steven Gennaro, his daughter Sharon and her husband Mark Sapino, and his two grandchildren, Marissa Rose and Andrew Mark Sapino. Salvatore was known for his love of antique cars. He infected his love of cars on all those who knew him, especially his son and grandson.
