Stephen Paul Boyd

Stephen was born July 13, 1951 in Cincinnati, Ohio, a son of Patricia Boyd of Ormond Beach and the late Victor Boyd.

Survivors include his wife of 25 years: Roberta Conner of Clearwater; his mother, Patricia Boyd of Ormond Beach ; one son Brandon Boyd of Orlando; one daughter Stephanie Boyd of Clearwater; two brothers Raymond Boyd and his wife Karin of New York, and Mark Boyd and his wife Ann Marie of Fairfax Station, VA; and one sister Victoria Boyd and her husband Gerald Zon of San Carlos, CA.

Stephen was a graduate of UCF with a major in biomedical engineering. He had a 39-year dedicated career in facilities management with the Veterans Administration. In 1994 Stephen transferred from the Pittsburgh VA Medical Center to the Bay Pines VA Healthcare System where he served as Chief, Engineering Service.

His hobbies included gardening, refurbishing old vehicles, boating and fishing.

The family will receive friends from 6:30-7:30 PM on Wednesday, May 9, 2012 at the Moss Feaster Funeral Home, 693 S. Belcher Road, Clearwater, followed by a memorial service at 7:30 PM. in the chapel.
