Susan Reids Crump

Susan Reids Crump, 76, of Clearwater, FL, passed away on Monday, October 19, 2026. She was born in Clearwater, FL on April 16, 1950 to the late Stephen and Rita Reids of Dunedin, FL. Susan graduated from Dunedin High School and attended Miami University.

Susan had a career as a Title Insurance Agent for 20 years before becoming a Paralegal for Steven M. Fishman Law, where she worked for the remaining 3+ decades before retiring to be a full time Yia-Yia and Great Grandmother.

She was a member of Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church, and had a passion for her family, the local theatre and crime documentaries. She enjoyed spending her time trying out various restaurants, dancing, listening to ‘oldies’ music (especially on her record player), shopping, spending time with her friends, and cooking family meals with her son, grandkids, and great grandkids.

She was survived by her son, Jonathan Crump; her granddaughters Alexandra Alpine and her husband, Justin, and Miranda Crump; her cherished great-grandchildren, Aiden, Emersyn, and Tatum; and her brother, Stephen Reids, and his wife Roberta.

Susan will be laid to rest privately at Sylvan Abbey Memorial Park.

A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, November 14, 2026 at 4:30 PM at Jonny’s residence, starting at 4:30pm. If planning to attend, the family has requested that you wear Red, White, and Blue in her honor. Happy Days!
