I met Terry in the mid 1980s when we played softball together for the Beach Bar and the Surf 'N Sand Motel. We have been golf tournament partners every year for more than 30 years. Terry was a talented athlete, outstanding teammate, cherished friend, and most of all a phenomenal person. I learned much from Terry over the years. Terry had a fantastic sense of humor and genuinely cared about other people.

For me, Terry's defining quality was his love for his family. He was so very proud, with good reason, of his lovely wife, Judi, their children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.

Terry made this world a better place!

I will always remember the many Friday mornings we spent golfing together. We always had fun. Rest in peace my friend you will be missed.

I remember meeting Terry for the first time when I started with the Post Office back in 1978. I was warned to watch out for him! I found out it was because he was a super friendly guy and was a practical joker. His humor was legendary! Working with Terry at "The Beach" was memory I will always treasure! Terry, you will be missed!

Our thoughts and prayers to Judi and the Family. Terry was one of a kind, great husband, father, grandfather, brother and friend to so so many.  Allen and Terry both started their Postal careers at the Ottawa, IL  Post Office and both retired from their Postal careers in Clearwater, FL We will forever treasure the memories we have, the laughs we shared and his beautiful family. Oct 2019 was the last time we saw Terry, just happened to be on the same flight headed to IL and Allen made sure Terry did not  get to catch a nap as his seat was directly in front of Allen. Rest well Terry you will be missed always.  

Our deepest condolences to the Fowler family at this time. He led a full life and his memories will live on within all family and friends.
My memories of  Mr. Fowler is way back in high school myself, Joe Enzor and Randy Allen used to come by after football practice or all hours of the night to hang out  with Kim and play Atari. He lost a bit of sleep during those time because we weren’t real stealth /quiet at that age.  He was very graceful with us when he probably wanted to kick us out.  His memories will live on. 

We met Terry in 1989 and we worked at the High Point P.O.  He was one of my first friends I had when we moved to Clearwater. We played softball, basketball & golf  together for many years.  Terry was a great family man & had a wonderful.sense of humor. We miss him already. He was my Illini buddy!

We got to know Terry as our mailman for many years.  After he retired he became one of our Friday golf buddies.  We shared many laughs and lots of fun always "ribbing" each other.  He was one of the good guys and will be missed by everyone.

I met Terry about 40 years ago when I was a Senior in high school and became friends with his daughter, Kim.  He was a wonderful and funny man.   And, although I haven't seen him in a few years,  I will always have the memories of the times I spent with him and his family.  RIP Terry, you will be missed.  -  Dawn Clark

I unfortunately grew up without a father figure in my home. But there were two men that were the fathers of my friends growing up that I considered father figures and one of them was Terry. He always had a smile on his face. He was always so much fun. Loved by everyone. My condolences go out to the whole family. I love you Terry and thank you for being there for me when I was growing up.  we did exchange messages on each other's birthday. And I did tell you that I was thankful for you in one of our message exchanges. I'm so thankful that I was able to express that to you. May you rest in peace

I also worked with Terry at the Post Office for many years . He was a big part of our Beach Gang  . Terry will be missed by everyone that had the privilege of knowing  him . My condolences to Judi and the rest of his family .

I worked with Terry and also played on the postal softball team for many years with him. He was instrumental in our undefeated"95" season. He was a great second baseman, but what I will miss most will be his sense of humor. My condolences to the Fowler family. 

I had the pleasure of meeting Terry on the golf course. Terry had a one-of-a-kind personality.  A wonderful person and a joy to be with. I believe he will be sorely missed by the early Friday morning group at Clearwater Country Club. My heartfelt condolences to his family.

I golfed with Terry on Fridays for many years.  He  was one of the good guys and a great golfer. He will be missed by all. Condolences to his wife Judy and family.  Chuck & Gerri
