Valerie Alice Sitter Lamb

She was born on March 19, 1975, in Clearwater, Florida, to Brenda and David Sitter.

Valerie worked for Wells Fargo Insurance Services for many years and was known for her dedication and compassion in helping others. She was a devoted and faithful member of Lakeside Community Chapel, where she served as a Sunday school teacher for several years. Her faith in Christ was the foundation of her life.

Valerie found joy in giving big hugs, creating makeup looks, spending time with her four dogs, playing games, and reading. She had a special gift for expressing her love for others, and whatever she pursued, she gave it her whole heart and energy. She attended Skycrest Christian School from kindergarten through eighth grade, graduated High School from Lakeside Christian School, and received her Bachelor of Arts from Trinity College of Florida.

Valerie was preceded in death by her paternal grandfather, Donald H. Sitter; her maternal grandfather, Orman L. Compton; her maternal grandmother, Mary N. Compton; her uncle, Bob Lutz; her uncle, Doug Compton; her uncle, John Sitter; and her aunt, Dianna Sitter.

She is survived by her husband, Philip C. Lamb Jr.; her parents, David H. and Brenda A. Sitter; her grandmother, Patricia J. Sitter; her brother, Darren H. Sitter and his wife Nicole; several nieces and nephews; her aunt, Linda Lutz; her aunt, Carole Compton; and her uncle and aunt, Dennis and Marge Sitter. She is also survived by many extended family members and dear friends who will miss her deeply.

A celebration of Valerie’s life will be held on Saturday, April 25, 2026, at 4:00 p.m. at Lakeside Community Chapel, 1893 Sunset Point Road, Clearwater, Florida 33765. The service will be livestreamed on YouTube via the church’s channel.
