Victor took the company public under the Thor Corporation banner, later to be named First Realty Investment. He was married to the love of his life, Emily Mae Buscaino, for 51 years, who predeceased him on October 11, 2003. Victor & Emily met while they both worked at Petaluma Poultry, in San Francisco. Vic proposed to Emily after only 3 months of dating.
