He was born in Babylon, NY and worked for Fairchild Republic Corp. for 33 years helping to build aircraft for the U.S. Air Force by writing inspection manuals and as an Inspection Supervisor. He was a veteran of the Army Air Corps in World War II, serving in North Africa and Italy and of the Air Force in the Korean War serving in Okinawa.
He moved from Amityville, New York to Clearwater, Florida in 1981. He relocated to Holiday in 1992 and most recently resided in Clearwater.
He was predeceased by his wife Dorothy W. Terry in January 2008.He is survived by his daughter Lisa and her husband John Beauchamp, a very special step niece, Paulette Ares, many step grandchildren and
numerous step great-grandchildren as well as great-great grandchildren.
He will be cremated and interred at Sylvan Abbey Cemetery in Clearwater at a later date.
