Betty Jane Thompson Chisholm, 75, of Clemmons, passed away Monday, February 13, 2017.
She was born September 9, 1941 in Washington County, PA to Raymond and Susan Hoge Thompson.
Surviving are her daughter; her son; six grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
A graveside service will be held at 2:00 pm Thursday at Westlawn Gardens of Memory in Clemmons.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Kate B. Reynolds Hospice Home, 101 Hospice Lane, Winston-Salem, N.C. 27103. Frank Vogler & Sons Clemmons Chapel is assisting the family.
