Dorothy Brewer Jodrey

Winston-Salem—Dorothy Brewer Jodrey, 86, of Winston-Salem passed away on December 13, 2013. She was born in Forsyth County to Paul and Sallie Dalton Brewer.

A loving wife, mother, grandmother, sister, and friend.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a son, Mark Temple; husband, Fred Jodrey; sisters, Iris Smith and Ludie Brewer Blakley; and brother, Cecil Brewer.

She is survived by daughter, April Baxter (Jim) of Winston-Salem; son, Cris Jodrey of Winston-Salem; sisters, Ruth Clayton (Emmit) and Margie Fischel (Ben) of Winston-Salem; step grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.

A memorial service will be held on Saturday, December 21, 2013, 2:00 pm, at Pfafftown Christian Church with pastor Tim Shoaf officiating. The family will receive friends following the memorial service.
