Herbert Gray Tesh

Mr. Herbert Gray Tesh, 78, died August 20, 2011 at his residence surrounded by his family. A funeral service will be held at 2 PM, Tuesday, August 23, 2011 at Frank Vogler & Sons Reynolda Road Chapel with Pastor David Harmon officiating. Interment will follow at Clemmons First Baptist Church Cemetery.

He was member of Pleasant View Baptist Church and retired from R.J. Reynolds. He was a loving father, grandfather and brother. He is survived by six daughters, Lynn Randall (Roger), Debbie Smith (Eric), Sharon Parkes (Bobby), Rita Stuart, Susan Collins (Larry) and Tina Tesh; fifteen grandchildren; twenty-seven great grandchildren; three brothers, Dennis, Bill and Terry Tesh; and one sister Joyce Love. He is preceded in death by his wife Juanita; parents, Marvin and Mae Vogler Tesh; brother, Roy Tesh and son-in-law R.C. Stuart.

The family will receive friends from 12:00 to 1:45 PM prior to the service. In lieu of flowers the family requests memorial contributions be made to Hospice of Forsyth County, 101 Hospice Lane, Winston-Salem, NC 27103. Mr. Tesh was truly loved and will be missed by all.
