

Jane Blane McClure Kirk Ducker (89) of Clemmons died peacefully at Trinity Elms Assisted Living on June 17, 2026. She was born February 3, 1937, in Ayr, Scotland, and was the daughter of the late John Brown Kirk and Agnes Orr Jardine Kirk Campbell. She was preceded in death by her husband, Franklin Ducker.
Surviving are her daughters, S’ine Trent (Andy-deceased), Beverly Anderson (Tim) and Heather Osborne (Chris); grandchildren, Erica McNeese (William), Ian Trent (Lynn), Christian Kenworthy, Lauren Eanes (Ben), Ben Anderson (Ashley), Matthew Anderson (Addi), John Osborne (Maddie) and Andrew Osborne; sixteen “lovely” great-grandchildren; her sister, Margaret Train (Adam); and many nieces and nephews on both sides of the “pond”.
Jane enjoyed knitting, sewing, reading, gardening and bowling. After she retired from APAC, Inc., in Asheville, North Carolina, in 2004, she spent time volunteering with Meals on Wheels, the Blood Mobile, the Prayer Shawl ministry, foster care Christmas parties. She also enjoyed shopping for Samaritan’s Purse shoe box ministry and Angel Tree.
She was a faithful believer and enjoyed attending Soma Valley PCA in Lewisville, North Carolina. She loved the old hymns of the church.
Visitation will be June 23, 2026, from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at Frank Vogler & Sons Funeral Home, Clemmons, North Carolina.
Funeral Services will be held on June 24, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. at Western Carolina State Veterans Cemetery, 962 Old US Highway 70, Black Mountain, North Carolina, 28711. Pastor Hunter Dockery and Pastor Arnold Johnson (retired) will be officiating.
The family wishes to extend heartfelt thanks to the staff of Trinity Elms Assisted Living and Well Care Hospice of Advance, North Carolina, for the care and love extended to our mother during this time.
