Kelly Leigh Griffin passed away on September 22, 2022 at the age of 47. Her caring, sweet spirit and joyous sense of humor will be missed by everyone who knew her.

Kelly was born in Eden, NC on August 22, 1975. She graduated from South Stokes High School, attended Bible College in Charlotte, and graduated from Health and Style Institute, LLC.

Kelly worked for Harris Teeter for many years before transferring into working as a Medical Receptionist at CSL Plasma and then finally with Hanes Hosiery as a C Coordinator.

She leaves behind her parents, Connie Scott Chilton and Colonel Lee Chilton, Jr.; siblings, Nikki Kauffman, Ashley Chilton, Leah Chilton, Julia Chilton, Tiffany Chilton, and Olivia Chilton; aunts, Myra Wilson, Inga (Rosario) Gentile, and Kathy (Paul) Mosely; uncle, David Peoples; nieces and nephews, Caleb (Brianna) Horn, Carly Kauffman, Hunter Kauffman, Lilah Chilton, and many others; as well as many other loved ones and friends.

Kelly was a loving, caring daughter and sister as well as a loyal friend. She had a hilarious sense of humor and was always making everyone laugh.

The visitation and service will be held at Agape Faith Church in Clemmons, Sunday October 2nd at 2pm. The family will receive friends prior to the service at 1:30pm for visitation. Flowers may be sent directly to the church.
