
Linda Jean Carter Kiger passed away march 11, 2011 at Village Care of King after a long struggle with COPD. Linda was born March 15, 1944 to Hubert and Pansy Teague Carter. She lived her whole life in Winston-Salem graduating in 1963 from Northwest High School. She was retired from R.J. Reynolds Tobacco Company with thirty years of service.
Surviving family members include her loving son Eric Todd Kiger and wife Lindy; grandchildren Cameron and Samantha Kiger; her grandmother’s mother Lisa Foltz Kiger; brother David (Nancy) Carter; sister Sue (Jerry) Miller; and nieces Tracey (Allen) Culler; Kelly (Mike) White and Shannon (Mark) McKernan.
A Graveside Funeral Service will be held at 2:00 PM on Monday, March 14, 2011 at Mt Tabor United Methodist Church Cemetery, 3543 Robinhood Road, Winston-Salem (336-765-5561) with Reverend Earl Wilson presiding.
