Buddy, I remember visits with your parents with my Mom and Dad when I was young. My Dad and your Dad were in the service together and remained good friends for many years. I think growing families and age sort of slowed down their time for visiting each other, but I know their friendship was still meaningful in their hearts. My Dad, R. V. (Ralph) Wilson, who lived in Kernersville is 94 and is now living with me and my husband in Chattanooga, TN. Mother (Jane Wilson) had dementia and passed away in 2015. Daddy just shared some things with me about our Dad's time in the service together and about their friendship and visits in years past. I also remember your beautiful mother and what a wonderful woman she was. We are so sorry for your loss. I believe the fact that your parents passed away within hours of each other spoke volumes about their sweet relationship. When those you treasure pass away, their memory becomes a treasure. Blessings to you and your family.....I know your will miss your precious parents. Gwen Wilson Echols and Jerry (Punk) Echols and R. V. Wilson

It was so sad to hear about the death of these two wonderful people. They hold great memories for me that they left behind. I will be praying for the comfort of the whole family, the comfort that only God can give you. This was two of the sweetest people ever knew. They will be missed. Pat (Hartley) Kinney
