Nina Eliza Emline (Perry) Lawson

She was born on July 2, 1927 in Guilford County to William and Nellie James Perry. Mrs. Lawson was a loving wife, mother, and grandmother. She was strong and fiercely independent.

Mrs. Lawson is preceded in death by her husband, James Monroe Lawson, her parents, and 6 siblings. She is survived by her children, Larry (Kathy) Lawson, Joseph (Brenda) Lawson, and Timothy (Bee) Lawson, Sr., 6 grandchildren, multiple great grandchildren, and many nieces, nephews, and loved ones.

The visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 30th from 6-8pm at Frank Vogler & Sons Funeral Home, 2849 Middlebrood Drive. The funeral service will be on Wednesday at 10am at the funeral home. Burial will follow the service at Oaklawn Memorial Park.
