Our heartfelt condolences to the whole family.
What a wonderful, warm person...that is how I remember Midge. And my parents so enjoyed the golf outings in Florida with both Shirley and Midge.
It was almost 33 years ago that Midge did one of the readings at our wedding. How kind of him!
I loved the tribute you put here at this site...Yes, Midge has that wonderful smile in so many of those photos.
Thank you for sharing all the photos!

When I met Dr. Boivin with his daughter, my friend Renee, I was struck with how quietly charismatic he was. He had a face full of character and a ready smile. I knew that I wanted to paint his portrait just for the satisfaction of painting it!
He was willing to sit for me...and wore his favorite leather jacket. It seemed as if he was reaady to re-enlist any minute in that jacket! He was just a kind man...a man who had a career full of purpose, and who enjoyed his friends and family.
I love the stories about the veterans parade up north where he always had a special car to ride in. Dr. Boivin loved life. Here's to you, Dr. Boivin!Tell my parents "hello!"

Sometimes there are no words that can really express the pain that we feel when someone so special leaves us. It is then we are reminded that our Heavenly Father hears the cries of our heart and gives us comfort and peace. 2 Corinthians 1:2,3; John 6:40. Remembering Dr. Boivin always in our heart. Extending our deepest condolences and prayers to his family.
