Phillip Wayne Marshall

He was born August 5, 1938 in Kannapolis, NC to the late Daniel Skidmore (Skinny) and Flora Bell Marshall.

He retired in 2008 from Golden Triad Services, a successful business that he and his loving wife, Mary Marshall, began in 1978.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by beloved first wife, Betty Lou Marshall; brother, Daniel Eugene Marshall; sister, Mildred Earlene Marshall; and his brother-in-law, Junior Miller.

Survivors include his devoted wife, Mary Marshall; sister, Frances Miller; son, Timothy Wayne Marshall, and wife, Linda; four daughters, Lisa Garzoni and husband, Jim, Sharon Hayes and husband, Michael, Annette Lynn and Tia Lisa Shaw; 13 grandchildren and 9 great-grandchildren.

Visitation will be Friday, March 24th from 5-7pm at Frank Vogler & Sons Funeral Home Clemmons Chapel, 2849 Middlebrook Dr. The funeral service will be held on Saturday at the funeral home at 1pm with Dr. Mike Duffield officiating. Entombment will follow at Westlawn Gardens of Memory. A reception will follow at Victory on the Frontline Church, 4307 Welcome Arcadia Rd. Lexington, NC 27295, please bring a covered dish and join the family for some fellowship.
