Ray Edgar Whiteheart

Ray Edgar Whiteheart, 85, of Pfafftown passed away peacefully on Wednesday November 14, 2018. He was born July 13th, 1933 in Winston Salem NC to Cicero and Lois Whiteheart. After high school he went to Barber School where he received his barber license and then enlisted in the US Navy. After the Navy he worked for RJ Reynolds and during that time got his general contractors and unlimited electrical license. He was a general contractor for over 50 years. He was proud to be a member of the Old Town Masonic Lodge and a Shriner. He was proceeded in death by his father Cicero Whiteheart and mother Lois Whiteheart, brothers Sidney, Harrison, Grady, Dick and sisters Madeline Southern, Elnora Wagoner, Elsie Davis and Ardena Mayberry (Duckie). He is survived by his wife Norma, his brother Ivan Whiteheart (Shirley), son Michael Whiteheart (Tina) stepsons Norman (Buddy) McDonald (Robin), Jeff McDonald (Karla), grandchildren Joshua, Olivia and Blake Whiteheart, Nathan (Jessica) and Nick McDonald (Amber), Aaron (Tracy) and Andrew McDonald (Jessica) and great grandchildren Katie Mae, Maelynn Grace McDonald and Gatlyn McDonald. A graveside service will be held at Forsyth Memorial Park 3771 Yadkinville Rd. Pfafftown NC on Saturday December 1st, 2018 at 11:00 am officiated by Pastor Calvin Mauk.
