Richard Lyons Peck, II passed away on September 3, 2023.
He was born in Bluefield, West Virginia on March 3, 1962 to Richard Lyons Peck, I and Gay Petrak Peck. Richard earned his Bachelor degree from the Eastern Carolina University. He was self-employed delivering newspapers.
He is survived by his mother and siblings, Diane (Robert) Henderson and Mark (Cindy) Peck.
