Ronald James Reid Jr.

Ronald James Reid Jr., 81, of Clemmons NC passed away Monday May 23 2022. Ronald "James" was born in Winston Salem NC and moved to Charleston WV when he was three. In 1970, he moved back to Winston Salem with his wife where they raised three sons together. He was a member of Revo Church (previously Southfork Baptist Church). He loved spending time with his family, especially his grandchildren. He was so very proud of them. He loved his church and reading his Bible. James was preceded in death by his parents Ronald and Gertrude Reid and two sisters Betty Reid and Martha Lucente. Mr. Reid was survived by his wife of 56 years (Daryle), his children Gregory and Aline Reid, Andrew and Natalie Reid, Stephen and Lori Reid along with nine beautiful grandchildren Ryan, Nicholas, Mariah, Graeson, Madeline, Katie, Matthias, Marion, Marc. He is also survived by his sisters Sharon Sloss and Debbie Wright and his brother Curtis Reid.

The family will receive friends Saturday, May 28th from 10am-11:30am, followed by funeral service at 11:30am, located at Revo Church South Fork campus, 3830 Wayne Avenue, Winston-Salem, NC 27104.
