Roy worked at Northern Tools and loved old cars and trucks.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Gurney Miller and Ruth Wishon Miller; his wife, Brenda Miller; and his sister, Frances Miller.
Roy is survived by his son, Roger Miller and wife Crystal; his sister, Violet Marlowe; his niece, Diane Powell and husband Thomas "Pete," and their son, Bradley Powell and wife Shannon; and numerous cousins.
A funeral service will be held at 3 pm on Sunday, May 24, 2026, at Frank Vogler and Sons in Clemmons. Interment will be Wednesday, May 27, at Parklawn Memorial Gardens.
