Mrs. Newton was born on January 1, 1926 in Peoria, Illinois to the late Frank and Dorothy Grover Kraemer. She was preceded in death by her late husband, Walter Newton and her son, William J. Bailey.
Surviving are her children, Pamela Blackstone and husband Robert of Glenview, IL, Thomas Newton and wife Debbie of Grandview, MO, and Nancy Hall of Bradenton FL.
Mrs. Newton’s wishes were to be cremated and to not have a formal service.
