Services will be held Sunday, May 17 at 3 PM at the BERKOWITZ-KUMIN-BOOKATZ MEMORIAL CHAPEL, 1985 S. Taylor Rd., Cleveland Heights, OH. Interment Zion Memorial Park. Family will receive friends at ACACIA ON THE GREEN, 2212 Acacia Park Dr., Bldg. # 2, Lyndhurst, OH SUNDAY FOLLOWING SERVICES UNTIL 8 PM, MONDAY 2 PM-5 PM & 7 PM-9 PM. Friends who wish may contribute to the U. S. Holocaust Museum or the Kol Israel Foundation.
