Dear Madelyn and Family.  My condolences to you on Al's passing. He was a gentile man, always had a word of wisdom to share. 
May your memories last a lifetime.

 Al was an amazing person, full of wisdom and knowledge. I often remember his words, when he said that I should never trust the Jack of All Trades… no one man can do everything … Priceless information!

Your beloved Albert was the photographer for my brothers band mitzvah in 1961 and my bar mitzvah in 1967 and I fondly remember every now and then the beautiful pictures he took and how he captured the magic of them.
I always enjoyed in his later years seeing and talking with him when we did meet up.
B”h for him and his full life!

I had the pleasure of meeting him at his granddaughter Staci’s home. He shared with me some of his life experiences, which were fascinating.  My sincere condolences to the entire family.

To the entire Pollock family I extend my deepest sympathies. Mr Pollock was an extraordinary person. I am so grateful that he was a big part of my life. I worked at the photo studio with Mr Pollock and Joe for 4 years starting at the age of 18. Mr Pollock always joked about when I came in for an application to work for him. I had no experience and he asked me how much I was going to pay him to work there. And I said well no you're going to pay me. He always remembered that Exchange, and we laughed about it for many years.  He was a very kind , generous,  good person and boss.

Al had the kindest eyes and warmest smile. So grateful to have known him.

We had the honor of Mr. Pollack and his son Joey  do our wedding  ,almost 48 years ago and the privilege  of his friendship   even longer. My wife and I consider him and his wife,   A friend  and part of our family.  We were also have enjoyed reading  , the book  he wrote on his fight  about him and his men who fought against the  nazi..  He will be very missed by all, his wife. daughter, Son,  all his grand kids, my wife Ellen  and I stephen Silber. Rest in peace, my friend!!
