My grandfather was my hero. No words will ever do him justice. I still think about him every day and try to emulate him in what I do. The amount that he's missed can't be described but even more he lives on through his legacy.

Mr Williger was my inspiration, he made me meet his wonderful grandson Matt and daughter-in-law Betsy whom I enjoyed talking to about Africa. I enjoyed his stories, of which some of them i helped with finding words. I will truly miss him. He was so fond of his grandkids. He had so much Wisdom and I used to tell him all the time. I am glad he waited till I came back from Africa. I felt so much appreciation and love when he held my hand and told me he missed me. RIP Alex.

We will miss him dearly he truly was a real life cherub. I can still see that mischievous smile and hear the stories he would tell of his life's adventures. 
May you rest in peace dear Sandi, we love you and will never forget you.

Mr. Willinger was a proud man and had his pride. He never wanted me to help him get dressed in the mornings, I had to tell him it is my job to help him. He would always tell me the same two stories and I would listen like it was the first time I heard them. He was always apprecitive and always told me thank you for everything you do.

My heart and thoughts are with you at this sad time.

I'm sorry to hear about your dad.   I  remember him fondly growing up.   He always had a joke (not always the best jokes, but still funny the way he told them).   He was giving of his time to the vets and I still recall him recruiting me to twirl baton for them when I was about 13!  I loved going to your  house and feeling the energy from both your mom and dad!  They were so good to us Glaser girls.  
Now that he's gone, the painful memories of his final chapter will be replaced by the good memories of the man he was and the man we all loved and will miss. He told me at my dad's funeral in 2007 that when he dies, he and my dad are going to go golfing!  I'm glad they're together again.... Thinking of you, Barb

Sandy was an awesome storyteller. I really did enjoy hearing some of his adventures. So sorry to all...I'm sure he will be missed.

I'm so sorry to hear the news. I never had the pleasure of meeting Mr. Williger, but if his kids are any indication, he was a great guy!

Mr. Williger was a gentle man. I wil remember his kind heart, the twinkle in his eye, and the respect he showed others. I especially enjoyed the stories that he shared about his life and his expressions of love and pride for his family.

I am saddened to hear this news. He will always be in my thoughts and memories of all the good times my family and I had when we came to Cleveland. The laughter and smiles Uncle Sander provided are so precious. He was truly a great man. He will deeply be missed. I am so sorry Steve, Danny and Rik to all of you and to you're families for your loss.
