Andrey Victor Ravkin

He was born in Moscow, USSR, to Victor and Ludmila Ravkin. In 1989, he immigrated with his family to the United States, where he built a life centered on family, friendship, and hard work.

An engineer by trade, Andrey was known for his curiosity, intelligence, and love of life. He enjoyed reading, traveling, and discovering great restaurants and good food. Above all, he cherished spending time with his family and friends. He had a gift for bringing people together and was often the life of the party and the master of ceremonies at family celebrations and gatherings. His warmth, humor, and generous spirit left a lasting impression on everyone who knew him.

Andrey is survived by his beloved wife, Yelena; his son, Vadim Ravkin (Jennifer); his daughter, Irene Ronis (Allen); and his cherished grandchildren, Mila, Vinny, and Sasha. He will be deeply missed and lovingly remembered by his family, friends, and all whose lives he touched.

Funeral services will be held at Berkowitz-Kumin-Bookatz Memorial Chapel on Monday, July 27, 2026, at 1:30 p.m. Interment will follow at Mount Olive Cemetery in Solon.
