Services will be held at BERKOWITZ-KUMIN-BOOKATZ MEMORIAL CHAPEL, 1985 S. TAYLOR RD., CLEVELAND HTS., Friday, January 3 at 1 PM. Interment Mt. Sinai Cemetery.
