Burt Charles Siebert

Burt Charles Siebert, 93, of Beachwood, Ohio, dearly beloved husband, father, grandfather, and cherished friend to many, passed away after a courageous battle with cancer on Friday, September 25, 2026.

Burt was born to Kate and Hyman Siebert on June 17, 1933. He attended the University Heights public schools before going on to Western Reserve College and Cleveland-Marshall College of Law. After graduating from college and completing ROTC in 1956, Burt married his beloved Harriet (Rehm) and entered the United States Air Force through ROTC.

Burt was a proud veteran and a dedicated Ohio Freemason for more than 60 years. He was a Past Master of Forest City Lodge and was deeply committed to his Masonic community.

Burt is survived by his wife of 70 years, Harriet (Rehm); his treasured daughters and sons-in-law, Robin and Phillip Klum and Marcy and Kevin Melley; and his most cherished granddaughter, Caitlyn Klum, of whom he was immensely proud.

The family expresses their deepest gratitude to all the amazing and compassionate doctors and nurses at the Cleveland VA Medical Center who cared for Burt.

Funeral services will be held at Berkowitz-Kumin-Bookatz 1985 S. Taylor Rd., Cleveland Hts. Monday, September 28 at 11:00am. Forest City Lodge #388 services will be commencing at 10:45am on Monday. The family will receive visitors at Congregation Mishkan Or, 26000 Shaker Blvd., Beachwood 1-4 & 6-8pm on Monday.
