David chaired one of the 1st Creditors' Committees which I represented and he remained a wonderful colleague since that time.  We worked on educational programs together.  Whatever David did, he gave it his "all".  I will miss his intelligence, input and friendly smile.  My deepest condolences to Dave's family.

My deepest sympathy to Dave's family and friends.  I've only been able to work with Dave a  little over a year at Kichler but Dave was my inspiration and mentor.  I cannot find words to describe what a kind, compassionate and just wonderful person he was.  RIP Dave you left us too early in life and will be greatly missed by many.

I did not know you personally, but in a way I did through Dave.  I am in one of his credit groups and he guided me through its operations when I came on board.  I am from Youngstown, we shared the area.  We shared our Jewishness and family stories.  My life was greatly enhanced by my connection to Dave.
My thoughts and feelings of deepest sympathy are with you and your family.

This is a very, very, sad day.  I'm very sad and somewhat shocked.  I've had the pleasure, and honor, to know Dave both professionally and personally.  He quickly became much more of a friend than a business relation. Dave was a gentleman who made such a positive impact on so many peoples's lives. He will be missed by many.  My deepest condolences to you all.

I met Dave at SUNY Binghamton in October 1974 (on the day the Yankees traded Bobby Murcer to the Giants for Bobby Bonds).  That turned out to be one of the best days of my life, as it was the beginning of a 43-year friendship with a truly special person.  Dave knew how to treat people the right way; he had concern for others; he showed compassion and understanding; he had a great sense of humor...I could go on and on.  And his passion for sports was something that we shared.

Referring to Dave in the past tense is incredibly painful.  I have such admiration for how Dave faced his disease with as positive an attitude as possible for 30+ years.  I can't believe that the conversations we had virtually every week for over four decades will be no more.  Not being able to discuss with Dave the latest happenings in the world of sports is hard to imagine.  (There are already so many new things I want to talk to him about.)

Dave's love for Mindy was evident every time he mentioned her name. And his feelings for his father were quite clear whenever Dave would refer to him as "my amazing father," as he often did. To Mindy, Mr. Feigenbaum, Lisa, Stephanie, Michelle, Richard, and the many others who knew and loved Dave, I offer my deepest condolences.

Mindy , David lit up a room when he entered. He was a kind beautiful person. We shall miss him greatly. We hope that you find the strength to face each day and cherish the wonderful memories of Dave. All our love always Aunt Sandy and Uncle Bernie.

Please accept my sincerest condolences. I had the privilege of working with Dave while I was at Kichler. I will forever remember Dave for his huge smile and warm personality. While we spent numerous conversations discussing business and his love of his family, our conversations would eventually turn to his love of baseball and for the New York Yankees! As we would discuss the New York Yankees, he would lean back in his chair and reach for a NYY baseball, which he would then begin to toss in the air! A wonderful memory for me to keep of Dave.
For our career paths crossing for a short period of time, I will fondly remember Dave and his warm personality every time I wear my New York Yankee hat.

May the sweet light of change shine in the darkness,

I am heartbroken to hear about your loss. Dave and I first met in the 70's when he was with  Westinghouse and I with General Electric. Over the many years  that followed with career and geographical moves for both of us we kept in constant contact meeting up when ever the opportunity allowed. I will miss our monthly chats about work, sports and health but will hold onto the memories of our friendship forever. May you too find peace and cherish your memories with Dave. Words cannot express my deepest condolences for everyone's loss.  Dave was and always will be a mentor, friend and confidant.  He has taught me allot about the industry on how sales and finance can be one, how trust overpowers disbelief and how sticking to your values will pay off at the end.  He demonstrated on a daily basis his love for his family, friends, customers and Kichler and he will be deeply missed.  Rest in peace my friend and we will one day meet again!

My heart is overwhelmed for your loss. Along with Dave's enthusiasm for baseball he would often share with me stories about what was going on with his family. Dave always spoke so highly of his family you can tell he was so proud to be a Husband to Mindy, a Father and a Grandfather.

About 26 years ago I came to know Dave thru our NACM Credit Group where not only did he become my friend but a mentor. Along with his family Dave was passionate about his job and profession.

Dave will forever live in my heart.

Mindy - My deepest condolences. Dave was a true friend, on the golf course, in a credit manager's meeting, or in one of the 300+ arenas that he visited. I just added a visit to an arena this weekend and wanted to let him know I was catching up...only 160 to go...Dave is the one person I've learned the most from in the credit world. I hope he knew how much I appreciated him over the years.
