Services will be held Wednesday, September 4 at 1 PM at the BERKOWITZ-KUMIN-BOOKATZ MEMORIAL CHAPEL 1985 S. Taylor Rd. Cleveland Heights,Ohio. Interment Mt. Olive Cemetery. Family will receive friends at the residence 6256 S. Woodlane Dr. Mayfield Village, Ohio 44143 WEDNESDAY FOLLOWING SERVICES UNTIL 7PM, THURSDAY 6PM-8PM AND FRIDAY 2PM-5PM.
