Services will be held Sunday, November 13, 2011 at 2:00 PM at BERKOWITZ-KUMIN-BOOKATZ MEMORIAL CHAPEL, 1985 S. Taylor Road Cleveland Hts. Interment Mt. Olive Cemetery (Forest City Hebrew Section). The family will receive friends at the residence of Dr. & Mrs. Matthew Wayne, 21076 Byron Rd., Shaker Hts. FOLLOWING SERVICES TO 7:30 PM, MONDAY 2-4 PM AND 6-8 PM THEN TUESDAY 1:30 TO 3:30 PM.
