

Born to Samuel and Pearl P. Tannenbaum, Dinah was raised in Euclid, Ohio, and graduated from high school in 1966. She attended The Ohio State University and later earned her degree from Cleveland State University.
Dinah dedicated her career to serving others as a social worker for Cuyahoga County, touching countless lives through her compassion and commitment. She was a devoted wife to her beloved late husband, Wayne Clark, with whom she shared many wonderful adventures, especially their cherished cruises together.
Above all, Dinah treasured her family. She loved spending time with her grandchildren, family, and friends, creating memories that will be cherished for generations. She was also a devoted member of Temple Israel Ner Tamid.
Dinah is survived by her sons, Martin Witczak (Jennifer) and Michael Witczak (Tina Bucchioni); her brother, Joseph Tannenbaum; and her beloved grandchildren, Maia, Samuel Witczak, Meghan Yeager, Loralei Busta, and Asher Busta.
A memorial service will be held on Monday, June 8, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. at Berkowitz-Kumin-Bookatz Memorial Chapel.
A meal of consolation after the service will be held at Temple Israel Ner Tamid 1732 Lander Rd. Mayfield Heights, OH 44124 from 12:30PM to 2:00PM

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Temple Israel Ner Tamid, a charity supporting social work services, or a charity of the donor's choice in Dinah's memory.
