Eileen S. Weiss, 78, of Beachwood, Ohio, passed away very peacefully on November 7, 2025. Beloved daughter of the late Haim and Dorothy Perelman; devoted mother of Julie (Adam) Cohen; cherished Nana to Josh and Evan Cohen; beloved mother of Andrew Weiss; dear sister of Linda (Tom) Glaser and the late Jack Perelman; loving aunt of Stephanie Young, Brian Levine, and Douglas Levine.
Eileen was born in Germany and came to the United States at the age of three. She graduated from Heights High School in 1965. Eileen had a deep passion for life — her big blue eyes always lit up the room. She loved traveling, cooking, shopping, and spending time with her family. She was always entertaining and loved every moment of it, her door was open to everyone, always welcoming with warmth and laughter.
Her greatest joy came from being "Nana" to Josh and Evan Cohen, who brought endless love and happiness into Her life.
To know Eileen was to love her. She will be missed greatly by so many.
Private graveside services will be held.
