Elisabeth Greenfield passed away far too soon. She was vibrant, vivacious, and utterly unafraid of a fight. She lived in the Cleveland area for the last eight years where she met and married Evan, the love of her life. With a keen interest in fine food and fine wine, Elisabeth received a B.S. Degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Hospitality from SUNY Delhi in 2011, and has worked in the restaurant industry ever since her graduation.
In addition to fine food and wine, Elisabeth was a lover of art, photography, dogs, and roller coasters. In everything she did, Elisabeth was always “all in”. She never backed down from a challenge, she always managed to find a way to prevail against the obstacles that she encountered in her life…except against her fight with cancer. She was still “all in”, but cancer proved to be a powerful foe and it took her life under protest on the morning of the 11th . . . .
