Frank was the beloved husband of Phyllis Weiss; devoted father of Brian (Karen) Weiss and Randall (Teresa Reed) Weiss; and loving stepfather of Devin (Kacey) Katz, Brett Katz, and Jeff Roob. He was the cherished grandfather of Tyler Weiss, Liella Katz, Darien Ankrom, Emma Katz, Ellie Katz, and Bjorn Roob. He was the dear brother of Ann (Ronald) Jacobs and uncle of Scott Jacobs.
Frank was born and raised in Cleveland and devoted his life to providing for his family and friends. His presence, timely advice and corny “dad jokes” influenced anyone blessed to have met him on this journey.
Frank's strong Jewish faith, patriotic service and community involvement stand as a testament to his giving spirit and lifelong desire to make the world a better place.
Following his service as an Army Captain serving across the world including deployments to Vietnam, Frank worked in insurance sales and management, as well as teaching, training and stint as a travel guide.
He enjoyed golf, fishing, traveling, cheering on his hometown sports teams, and spending time with those he loved.
