Harriet Goldberg (nee Scheinberg) beloved wife of the late Morton. Loving Mother of Howard Goldberg and David Goldberg (Lois Borelli). Devoted sister of the late Marion Dickens (Sam) and sister in-law of the late Elaine Goss (Richard). Dear aunt of Lisa Ballish (Frank), Dan Goss (Jim Gurney), Salena Curet, Harvey Dickens (Hannah), Marlene Dickens, and Barbara Orvieto (Joey). Grandmother of Jennifer Christenbury (Lonnie) and Jeremy Haster (Kristyn). Great Grandmother of Lily, Joslyn, Chase, Caiden, and Ava.
Harriet grew up in a musical family. She was a very talented musician who performed together with her equally gifted husband, Morton, as violinists in the Columbus, North Carolina, and San Antonio symphony orchestras. She instilled her love for the arts in her children, and radiated warmth and humanity that was genuine to the core. Due to flu and COVID precautions there will be a private graveside service.
