Services will be held Monday, April 15, 2013 at 12:00 P.M. at Berkowitz-Kumin-Bookatz Memorial Chapel, 1985 S. Taylor Road, Cleveland Hts., OH. Interment Zion Memorial Park (Green Rd. Synagogue Section). The family will receive following services at the residence 24383 Maidstone Lane, Beachwood. Immediately following services, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday 1-5 P.M.
