Funeral services will be held at BERKOWITZ-KUMIN-BOOKATZ MEMORIAL CHAPEL, 1985 S. Taylor Rd., Cleveland Hts. on Monday, December 3 at 2 PM.
Interment Mt. Olive Cemetery (Shomre Shabbos section), 27855 Aurora Rd., Solon, Ohio.
The family will observe shiva at the Pollack residence, 23881 Timberlane Dr., Beachwood, Ohio.
