Howard Abrams passed away peacefully on Monday, October 27, 2025. He was born on August 12, 1951, to Stanley and Betty Abrams.
Howard cherished time spent with his family, especially during the holidays, and had a lifelong love of music. He took great pride in his work and was deeply appreciative of the kindness of his staff and the companionship of his roommates.
He is survived by his brothers, Ian Abrams (Gloria) and Brian Abrams; his nieces and nephews, Jodi Miller (John), Jill Abrams, Greg Abrams (Hallie), and Shaw Abrams (Ally); his grandnieces and grandnephews, Dylan, Taylor, Bailey, Reed, Joey, Maggie, Jake, Drew, and Cole; and his great-grandnieces, Paige and Rebecca.
Howard was preceded in death by his beloved parents, Stanley and Betty Abrams.
A private graveside service will be held at Mount Olive Cemetery in Solon, Ohio.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in Howard’s memory to New Avenues to Independence.
Arrangements are under the direction of Berkowitz-Kumin-Bookatz Memorial Chapel.
