Howard A. Leuchtag beloved husband of Sheila (nee Fisher). Loving father of Debra (Joel) Yon, Eric (Robin) Leuchtag and Edwin (Irina) Leuchtag, and the late Holly Leuchtag. Devoted grandfather of Justin Leuchtag, Brandon Leuchtag, Valeriya Pavlova and Louis Leuchtag. Dear brother of the late Lawrence Leuchtag.
Howard attend John Adams High School and was a proud veteran of the United States Army , he was a loving husband, father, grandfather and brother. Howard was extremely proud to be the owner and chief salesman of Howard Shoes for over forty years,
He loved to play baseball and softball and enjoyed his Cleveland Sports Teams, especially the Cleveland Browns.. Howard was an avid swimmer, swimming laps at the gym almost everyday.
As the family said.." He would put out a tough guy personality on the outside, but had a heart of gold on the inside."
Graveside services will be held Thursday, August 27 at 2:30PM at the Hillcrest Cemetery 26700 Aurora Rd. Bedford Heights, Ohio.
Family will receive friends at the residence, 5942 Cantwell Dr. Mayfield Heights, Ohio, THURSDAY FOLLOWING SERVICES UNTIL 7:30 PM, FRIDAY 1PM-5PM, SATURDAY EVENING 5PM-7:30PM.
